So-so
The finish is nice, and once constructed, it feels solid. I find the cushions to be comfortable, although the fabric upholstery they used is cheap and thin. On my chair, the knee cushion fabric is very loose. I had to restretch and staple gun it back down to eliminate the excess fabric. Besides that, the chair is comfortable. That being said, I wish I could adjust the height like my old ergo chair used to do. I'm 5'4" and this pops me up a little higher than I want to be at my desk, which means I need to slump over to work on the surface of my desk.

Not memory foam; also not very good.
Firstly, the chair is not memory (viscoelastic) foam. It feels like latex foam. No matter what kind of foam it has, it's far too soft, and the foam compresses completely with very little weight (and at 160 lbs, I don't have a huge amount of weight). As a result, your weight ends up on hard wood. It's also very oddly proportioned. The knee pad is too close to the seat, resulting in a really cramped sitting position. The butt pad is also very tall and angled poorly, which results in a feeling of sliding off. It's bad for big people and bad for small people. In short: chair bad, refund good.

Looks nice, but not holding up. Disappointed.
We had one before we really liked, and the chair worked well at first. We bought it in may, now it's September and one wheel keeps falling off, and now a 2nd is loose. The problem is the wheels just screw directly into the wood, which strips over time. If you buy one I would recommend a different leg material. The wood looks nice, but not holding up. Of course we just missed the window of a return or exchange by a month.

    Too Small.
I used to have a kneeling chair and loved it. I bought this one because the foam looked nice and thick. I should have trusted the other reviews - I'm 5'10" and this chair is much too small. It is not adjustable enough to accommodate me comfortably.
