This is something that I recently bought, that I never knew I needed until now! Worked on my 6 and 2 year old! Sprayed it on their blankets and they slept like babies!

Not what I thought
I was hoping the spray mist had a heavier lavender scent. It's super light, almost like water. I'm not sure if it works.

    I bought this on a whim along with a few other things when my 14 month old was going through a sleep regression. I didn't expect much from it, but it's actually been a wonderful addition to our bedtime routine! Now you can't go into buying this expecting it to cure your sleep problems, but it is a very nice soothing agent. It helps my baby to get more comfortable snuggling into the sheets which makes them want to continue to lay down and calm down. This in turn promotes sleep! Excellent product, doesn't take much, makes the whole room smell nice with just a few sprays on crib mattress!

    I use the pillow mist after bath time right before bed. The kids drift off easily and the smell is amazing. I use it on my pillow as well. I love this stuff!
