AWFUL! Not what you'd expect from Pillsbury
AWFUL! I love soft baked cookies and I love Pillsbury products so the expectation was that these soft baked sugar cookies would be a delight. Far from it. Texture was off, weird, whatever the opposite of a properly made soft baked cookie should be. Tasted terrible, more buttery than sugary and even that was slightly-off. After about 3 or 4 cookies, I had to just toss the package cause I wasn't going to eat anymore. Certainly won't be buying these again.

    Bad taste, bad aftertaste.
Pillsbury Soft Baked Cookies, Sugar with Drizzled Icing, 18 Count, they are soft, which I like, but I have no idea what the flavor is? My grandmother (born in 1910) made sugar cookies from scratch, I know what sugar cookies should taste like, these don't taste like sugar cookies. First, just getting a cookie out was a fight, it was slick, the icing on the edge was too soft, like wet, yet sort of solid, so my fingers kept slipping off, and the cookies were all stuck together. The icing is slightly pink, but I don't know if that has anything to do with the flavor, I mean it says no colors from artificial sources, but that doesn't tell me what the pink is from. Next, the taste. I can't put my finger on the flavor. It wasn't real butter, I've had that, this was not it. If it was the shortening, maybe it's gone bad? As I sit here and type this out, I can't get the awful flavor to go away. It's the shortening that I can feel, but again, I don't know if that is the flavor issue. Maybe someone at Pillsbury likes this flavor and thinks it is what sugar cookies should taste like? Or I got a really, really bad batch (it was properly sealed). We got two other types: Pillsbury Soft Baked Cookies, Peanut Butter with Chocolatey Drizzle and: Pillsbury Soft Baked Cookies, Butterscotch

    Gross
These were awful! Tasted like pure sugar, way too sweet. Reminded me of an easy bake oven cookie when I was kid.

    These are terrible. DOG BISCUITS.
I've never had cookies that tasted as bad as these, the flavor is awful...they taste how I'd imagine a soft baked dog biscuit would taste. They aren't just not good, they are GROSS.

They are soft but with texture of an oatmeal cookie. Don't know the ingredient that makes them course. It's not oatmeal. I was expecting something like a tea cake. The icing has pink coloring in it? I personally do not like them, but others may.
