Great Docking Station!
This docking station is incredible! I received a Plugable Thunderbolt 3 Single Display Docking Station, and it works really well. It is very easy to put together and it displays everything well. It has a place for USB Ports, Network Connection, the Thunderbolt 3 Ports, a display Port output, a Power In and a Combination Port. It really makes it like you are using a desktop. Your computer has access to everything that is connected to the docking station, which is a big plus, and it recharges my computer when it is in use. I am very excited about my Thunderbolt Docking Station and I highly recommend it to anyone. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Quality Thunderbolt 3 Docking Station
I really like the Plugable Thunderbolt 3 Docking Station with 60W Host Charging. I recently started a small business and that has created my need for this device. In a nutshell Thunderbolt is the brand name of a hardware interface developed by Intel that allows the connection of external peripherals to a computer. I need to connect two monitors, an external backup drive, and several other peripherals to my laptop for working in different applications simultaneously viewing both screens. The Plugable TBT3-UDV Thunderbolt 3 Single Display Docking Station provides up to 60W of power to compatible Thunderbolt 3 host systems. It allows for up to two 4K/UHD displays via DisplayPort and USB-C VESA Alternate mode. It also accommodates wired gigabit Ethernet as well as audio input and output. The premium anodized aluminum construction with a Space Gray finish, the TBT3-UDV includes a removable stand for vertical or horizontal orientation make the unit blend in nicely in an office. In addition to HD displays it also supports lower resolution modes such as 3440x1440, 2560x1600, 2560x1440, 2560x1080, and 1920x1080 (1080P). It can also be used in larger offices as the second Thunderbolt 3 port on the dock supports up to 5 daisy chained Thunderbolt 3 devices. Compatible Thunderbolt 3 host systems include 2016 and 2017 MacBook Pro, Mid 2017 iMac and Dell Thunderbolt 3 systems. I am still a novice user but am pleased so far and recommend this device for those special peripheral needs.

    The best product!!!!
    I am so happy I got this product. It comes with tons of component. It has hdmi, ethernet,usb connection,display dock,etc. This awesome unit come with docking stand. My system work really good. The connection is totally flawless. It's faster than before. I really wish it has sd slot. I am using with my two macbook. This awesome unit allows to multiple display perfect for work place and gaming. The docking stand can be used both vertically and horizontally. As I am new to using multiple display thing. It took me little time to understand how does it work and connect all the component. Be patience it's totally worth it. There are couple of video on YouTube people showing from beginning to end.     Excellent Docking Station
    This Docking Station is made of top quality materials and solves the problem of having a ton of wires and connectors to my main computer so I can have multi displays. Having wires and cables all over the place is always a computer operators nightmare and this product solves that Major problem.

    Today's review is on the Plugable Thunderbolt 3 Docking Station with 60W Host Charging. I am ecstatic about having this docking station! I am not a professional tech, however, I handle the technical support, installation, and troubleshooting at home and work. With that said, whether I am at home or work my goal is to be as efficient and effective as possible. Typically, I have several sites, databases, and programs up at once. To achieve this I work with a minimum of 2 screens plus a laptop. Having the Thunderbolt 3 Docking Station is a wonderful advantage: • Dimensions are approx. 7 1/4 lg x 1 1/4 w wide making it easy to hide if desired. • Lightweight, easily accessible and can be left on top of desk/workstation, eliminating the need to go under to connect cords. • When connecting my laptop to the docking station the station enables my screen to extend onto additional monitors. • Like so many, my phone adheres to my side, the docking station allows me the connect directly to a power source while working via USB cable vs running off a plug. What it boils down to, the docking station serves as the ports and ethernet connection source, thus, creating a tower and giving the capability to use your laptop as the host. Allowing the freedom to carry your work anywhere. Yes, I am highly satisfied and recommend to anyone wanting the power to use your laptop as host while extending visibility.

    Plugable Thunderbolt 3 Docking Station w/60W Host
    This Plugable Thunderbolt 3 Docking Station does what it is says and is very easy to setup. I have my laptop tv monitor and 2 external hard drives hooked up to this and it works very well. It also saveme some power outlet spaces because it calso chargers through the port. I don not knoe what all laptops this is compatible with but i do have a Mac book pro and it works with that. Also the tv monitor is a 32 inch samsung smart tv and it works on that. The external hard drives are both 1tb Toshiba brand that works perfectly. It was very easy to set up and plug devices together and windows naturally install drivers for these devices. Setup was quick and easy to see that every works fine. I am very happy with this particularly docking station, especially if since i needed to hav multiple devices hooked up.

    The Plugable Thunderbolt Docking station is in essance a large hub that expands the number of ports that your computer has. The docking station contains five USB ports. Four are in the rear and one is in the front which makes it easy to pop in a data stick without any trouble and the front also has a microphone/headphone plug that is easily accessed. This is great because each and every peripheral needs a port even if they are wireless. Keyboard, mouse, external hard drives, Ethernet, etc. are all in need of a plug to call home. The cord that powers the docking station is VERY heavy and seems somewhat awkward seeing that it is larger and heavier than the dock itself, however since it stays plugged in and can be tucked away, it isn't an issue. The dock itself is a nice sleek and attractive design. It comes with a nice heavy base for vertical use of the dock, to keep it from tipping, but you can also remove the base and use it horizontally if you'd like. I think the vertical use is better since without the base the whole dock moves pretty easily. The dock also comes with an active DisplayPort to HDMT adapter and a twnty inch Thunderbolt 3 Cable.

    Everything Works Great
    When I first set this up and plugged it in, "took about 2 minutes", windows 10 sent me a message telling me some of the items would not work. Windows told me to use Windows update to fix the problem. Windows updated and installed the drivers for my system. No more messages. I tested everything it all works fine. I'm using a Dell Gaming Computer that is super fast. HDMI 27" 4K monitor and it works great. The charging capabilities are super fast. Headphones and my cell phone charged faster than ever before. This unit is heavy and very well made. I was impressed with the quality and functions.

    This docking station contains 3 USB ports, an Ethernet connection, and it provides 60 watts of power. The package includes a docking station, a vertical dock setup, thunderbolt cable, a power adapter, and an HDMI adapter. This unit was simple to assemble and works very efficiently. It is quiet and very use ful in connecting multiple devices through it to your computer. It's a great docking station.
