Money well spent, you wont be disappointed!
This board has saved me! I suffer from plantar fasciitis in both feet. My Physical Therapist recommended that I stretch often from home. But I didnt have any of the stretching boards they have at the center. Im so happy that I found this on Website. Now, I can get the stretch that I need to help my pain.

Sent me used product, anti-slippery layer slowly comes off within a week of use
The product box arrived with a large area in the corner peeled off.There is no tape on the box so anyone could have easily opened it.The construction seems stable.But the anti-slippery layer doesnt have a firm grip and I tend to slide.Within a week of use, the anti-slippery layer slowly comes off bits by bits......Paid 95 CAD for this with free shipping, not worth the price!

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/10/2021Best Calf Stretching ProductI bought this product as I have severe flat feet and frequently get calf stiffness.I have tried several products prior to this but while some of those do not provide adequate support others are just wobbly when I stand on them.This slant on the other had is excellent and gives very deep stretch. There are several other companies selling these boards however, I bought this one and I am completely satisficed as its very sturdy construction and able to bear my weight without making any sounds ( I weight about 174 lbs ). Adjustable angles also help since you can find your comfortable positive.You will need to do it 30 seconds at a time for 2-3 times everyday to see consistent results.Raj P.

Ive been using it for about six weeks now and my infrapatellar pain that I experienced descending steep mountain faces is now gone. Calf muscles and Achilles were very tight as a result of surgery and 6 weeks in cast. The wedge works very well and I can get a very good stretch. I use it everyday usually 2x for a couple minutes at a time. 5 months from surgery and Im about 90 recovered. Running again, walking 18 holes, etc. plan to continue using this device indefinitely.Jim M.

He has very tight calves, which is causing foot problems, and this is a great way to fit in the stretching that he needs. I like that its wooden, as it wont end up as plastic in the landfill some day, and it doesnt slide around on the tiles in the bathroom. Its very sturdy and easily moves from one notch to the next for increased incline. Nothing tricky about it, pretty straight forward.Stephenie C.

I have a tendency to move around quite a bit and in fact stand on my rest to reach around through out the day. I killed quite a few foot rests that way. I was looking for something sturdier and something I could also use to stretch with and this just filled the bill. It is well made and in spite of the fact it was not made for this use, it is perfect for me. You might consider making a slightly smaller one with a little less slant, as I have had individuals who like the design but felt it was too large for under their desk or a bit too high. I went with this one because of the good reviews and price - under 40. However, it looks to be more expensive now. Anyway, the box is so helpful and easy to use. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because if you place it in a hard surface such as tile or hardwood floors it will slide. You either need to place it up against a wall or like I did I put non slip strips on the bottom easy fix.Tina K.
