Excellent purchase
Great!! My grandson said this was our best purchase for our new house. Have had the one in front for 3 years. Works as designed. Just bought another one for the back. This brand is sturdy and better than others we have tried! Highly recommend!!!

Horrible Retractable Hose
Do not recommend this product. Had it less than 3 months and the entire tip of the hose, including faucet, blew off. Not possible to repair. Called Walmart for help and they refuse to take it back, offer credit, replace it nothing. In effect I wasted $100. I expected more from Walmart.

    The service in getting my product here was fantastic. The price was very reasonable also. The only thing that is really disappointing is that the hose developed a Big Bubble and I know that the hose eas defective....Would be really great if i could get a replacement hose sent.

    I've used this same hose reel for years and when it broke I looked to get another one. Walmart had it for a lot less then amazon.

    It was too big for what I wanted it for. The picture looked at if it would have been a lot smaller. If you want a big hose and reel it is okey

    I think the internal plumbing of the reel should be a solid metal pipe instead of plastic. There is a possibility that the internal plastic plumbing could crack or break over time. You have to have caution when you fully extend the hose as to not pull on the internal plastic plumbing and causing it to break or crack. Other than that it was simple to install. It looks and works great. I am happy with this hose reel assembly.

    Great product....beware of Mounting
    The manufacturer ASSUMES that it will be mounted to a masonry wall ONLY. I had to make a board to mount it to and then mount that board to the side of my house...and there is no hardware included to do this...only the Masonry Wall hardware. Very short sighted. As a result, it took my 5 times longer to install than it should have.

    Doesn't last
    Bought this in 2016, within a year it starts to leak at the connection inside the unit on the side, got really bad so I called manufacturer and they promptly sent another one, after a year Of use it started bust at the back part so I had to fix that, now the retractable don't work anymore. I see the price has increased over $20 since I purchased, totally it worth it. Time for another brand.
