Awesome Buy In Black Friday!
I brought this laptop for my daughter she absolutely loves it. It arrived early, box was intact. It is easy to get started using the instructions. Works very well and is fast. Holds the charge all day. The price was great. I'm so happy with this purchase!

    I do not recommend this product!
    I purchased 2 of these refurbished MacBooks for my children Christmas 2021. I have an expectation of Apple products to be reliable and durable with a long life. I've had great luck with the 2019 MacBook I bought myself new so I expected these laptops to have perhaps a bit of a shorter lifespan but last at least a few years. This was not the case. It is now June 2023 and they've been falling apart since about a month in. Keys have popped off or stopped working and these laptops are not included in the settlement that would allow them to be fixed at no cost to me. I did not get my money's worth when I bought these refurbished MacBooks.

    Won’t buy again
    It’s not new. It’s used with a cover on it. Scratched. Very much used. Didn’t come in the correct box. Just wrapped %26 in a thin delivery package box.

    terrible product want it repaired
    This computer was a birthday/Christmas gift for my daughter. It was such a disappointment it has NEVER come on and she was afraid to tell me. I can't even send a comment to the seller it will not post.

    missing my black case
    My bundle was supposed to come with a black case but there was no black case inside. Other than that the mac air is in very good condition. It came with mouse, ear buds and charger.
