Great for kids
Perfect! iPad was a birthday gift to my daughter. Now she can FaceTime her father and I. It is an older iPad so most new apps will not work (download) due to not being supported by Apple any more. No worries I showed my daughter (5 year old) 1 time on safari how to navigate to YouTube. She gets on there and does her daily class and play. Only down fall charger and wall block was crap.

Runs really slow! Battery life is super short. The charger that was sent with it gets hot. Basically it's only somewhat good if you want to use the internet. Will not let you download any Apps that are older than ios9. My child doesn't even want to use it. I feel like I was scammed for $50. Honestly with the quality of these and the fact that it only supports ios9 or earlier, I don't think these should even be sold. They're just too old and not supported.

    Great Product for a Great Price
    I bought this IPAD as a gift. I was looking for a refurbished IPAD 3 since they are $100 less than a new one. I went to the Apple web site and they were out of the product. Then I found that Walmart carried the same product and had stock. I placed the order and in two days it was at my door. I bought this IPAD for a person who is not very computer savvy. Within a very short time she was using the IPAD efficiently due to the intuitive and user friendly Apple software. I am very pleased with the product and would recommend this for anyone who spends most of their time reading emails, surfing the web and for low level computer work.

    Great product, came package nice in original box, had one small scratch at the top. But for this price you can't beat it. Everything so far works great, love my new IPad3. It came in three business day. I also purchase a protection plan for two years to cover it, it cover anything that's goes wrong with it for 39 dollars. Thanks Walmart.com you can't go wrong with the price, everywhere else i looked wanted at least 100 dollars more and double the price I paid for the protection plan.

    Even though this was a refurbished iPad 3rd generation., I couldn't b happier! It appears and operates just as a brand new one straight from the factory. There was not a single blemish of any kind on the entire unit! The battery life is exceptional! I of course, have been on it for long periods of time and the battery has been lasting for at least 3 days before needing to b charged

    I ordered this for my husband for Christmas I wanted it to be a surprise. He was ordering 2 from Apple for our two boys. However they were out of stock at Apple so when this came available at Walmart I ordered it ASAP. I proceeded to tell my Husband to order our boys one and he said no ill wait till Apple gets them in stock. His thinking was the ones from Walmart do not come with a one year warranty bc they are refurbished. Little did he know I called Apple and they told me yes they do. So needless to say we got all 3, 2 from apple and one from Walmart and you can't even tell the difference!!

    Never know it was refurbished!
    This Apple iPad is awesome. You would never had known it was refurbished. The only thing I'd like to see included would be some kind of owners manual, or just a start up sheet. I am not very Apple literate, and am used to a PC. There is an online manual, and there is always UTube to get help on how to operate it . If you are familiar with the way Apple products operate, this iPad is a great deal! I would highly recommend it.

    Refurbished, but you'd never know it. Looks brand new. Touch screen is very receptive. This iPad is faster than anything else I have on wifi. Customer service was awesome and delivery very fast.

    I love my new iPad. It meets all expectations. You would never know it wasn't brand new. It came in its original packaging and had no scratches or scuffs or dents. You have the option to buy Walmarts extended 2 year warranty. With Walmart's warranty it protects against scratching, drops, and spills, you're covered for about everything. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants the new iPad and wants to save some money to buy this!

    Bought for my wife and we are both very happy with it. Don't let the Refurbished part hold you back, ours looks, smells, and operates just as if it was 100% new. Thank you Wal-Mart for offering these, saved a lot of money.
