Great on the dock
We are happy with this shed. Assembly was very quick & easy for one person. We placed it on our floating dock, and attached it to uprights and the deck. (places for doing so are provided.)
Just right size for water skis, paddles, noodles, etc. Had serious rainstorm the first night, and everything stayed dry.

Not to happy
This shed is about 2 years and the doors have warped and the fit to close the doors to make a decent seal has suffered. I keep it on a deck out of the sun. Have not tried to get a replacement door or to try to fix myself . Don't know how it happened.

The wind did blow it open, so I just put a long screw in the latch temporarily. Also, it has no shelves. Which was no big deal. I had shelves left over from another project and cut to fit.Susan

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/16/2020Nifty little shed, terrible shipperThis would be a four star product if it wasn't for the horrible shipper. I was offered free, two day shipping. It arrive 8 days late and the box looked like it had fallen off the truck a couple time, laid on the road for a bit, then finally dropped off to me. The box was so mangled it was more packing tape than cardboard from so many repairs. It had automotive oil stains and unidentifiable black dust all over it. Regardless, the actual shed itself was ok inside. No missing pieces, even the instructions were still there. It goes together pretty simply with one person, but easier with two. Although it seems to be weather tight so far, it doesn't feel like it's completely together and is a bit wobbly. It's super lightweight and was mostly what we needed. Would have been great to have a couple of shelves or informant on how to order shelves. In all, it's doing the Rubbermaid name ok. I would not rebuy from Walmart just because of the horrible shipping experience, except that the price was significantly lower than other places.Wendy

I bought my first one years ago and it is still in excellent shape. No metal parts so no worry about rust. I made several shelves for one cabinet to store bottles and misc. items. I found Sam's Club had the best price.carjer

Once we got it together, went to the lumber yard to get the shelving material, cut the lumber to the required dimensions and installed them, the storage shed is exactly what we wanted.Richard

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/21/2014Decent tool shed but not rodent resistantThe website description states: Weather-resistant and Maintenance Free: no rot, no rust, no problems. Beware of the "weather-resistant" and "no problems" claim. Turns out squirrels love Rubbermaid products, too. This shed is placed against a concrete-block stucco wall. Squirrels apparently sit on the wall and nibble on the edges, creating leaky holes across the top rear side. Although Rubbermaid isn't responsible for rodent behavior, my advice is: do not place this shed along a fence where rodents can easily gnaw their way through the top, destroying the water protection. Rubbermaid should add this warning to their instructions (if it's not already there now) -- and save customers aggravation due to product damage. Also I wish the lock hole were a little larger to accommodate some of the better MasterLocks with thicker necks. I suppose I could drill it, but I don't want to leave a thin section that could crack. I didn't need shelves in my case, but agree with the other posters that Rubbermaid should at least offer a heavy-duty "snap-in" shelves (similar material to the side panels) that are impervious to chemicals, rust and other outdoor items. I see they do offer wire shelving for some units -- but in my experience steel-wire shelves eventually rust, even when painted or protected in a dipped plastic.glowitz
