We love it and it's worth it!
This firm mattress feels so comfortable.. It is like firm and soft at the same time.. I can say that me and my husband getting a good sleep every night using this mattress and my husband didn't complain having back/body pain since we started using this mattress.. My husband usually complaining having back/body pain before even without doing heavy work and wondering why.. My husband work at the hospital as a radiology tech, he once talked to he's friend doctor about it and that doctor suggested him to try a firm mattress.. My husband didn't take it seriously thinking it was just a joke & 2nd thing is we just bought our mattress 3 years ago and it's not cheap( I didn't know about these, my husband didn't tell me until we got this new firm mattress).. I like that this firm mattress didn't make me roll unlike my old mattress.. My husband is heavy, is like double of my weight.. So when he lay down he sinks in and it feels like I'm getting pull and roll to his side.. Also when I sleep on my back it doesn't feel hot unlike my old mattress that it makes me feel that my back was burning.. This is a great mattress, we love it and it's worth it!

    Love this mattress
    I really like this Serta mattress. It is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It is really soft but not so soft that you sink into it. I don't feel any springs which makes it even more comfortable. It is really well made and it should last a very long time. Another great Serta product. I will never buy another brand of mattress again.

    Perfect Mattress
    We got this mattress for our new murphy bed in our guest room. It's the perfect size for a wallbed frame. We had guests last weekend, and they raved about the mattress, said it was so comfortable to sleep on! Highly reco!

    Great comfortable mattress
    I love this mattress! I was worried at first that it might be too firm but actually sleeping on it it's so comfortable. I think the firmness is actually just right. I feel like I sleep better on this than my old softer mattress. And my back doesn't seem to hurt as much in the morning which obviously is a huge plus. Definitely recommend

    Like sleeping on a cloud
    We recently upgraded to this mattress from a spring mattress and WOW what a difference!! The mattress is super soft and fluffy. The first night we slept on it, we felt like we're sleeping on a cloud! The mattress just forms around your body as you lay, like a soft hug. I love the way I feel after a good night's sleep on this mattress! We will never go back to a spring mattress again.

    Great comfort and quality!
    I have always been a fan of Serta mattresses and this one did not disappoint! It has great support but is not firm. It is soft and very comfortable. I have back pain and mornings are always hard for me to get up and moving. Since I have switched to this mattress I do not wake up with any aches or pains! The mattress has a good thickness and my fitted sheet fits on it with ease. It is well made and the stitching shows it. I will be sticking with Serta for all my families bedding needs!

    Really soft
    It took me a couple of nights to warm up to this mattress. The first two nights on it were a little rough, it wasn't as tall as I was expecting. And though it's marketed as a queen it's about 2 inches smaller width wise of my queen frame. Outside of that though, it's very soft. A bit more squishy than I prefer, but overall, very nice.

    Perfect nights sleep
    I got this mattress about a month ago and I absolutely love it. It is extremely comfortable. When you lay down the mattress sorta forms around your body, it feels like sleeping in the clouds. This is by far my favorite mattress I have ever owned.

    This mattress is SO comfortable! I don't even want to get out of bed after laying on it! I love how it is pretty firm but soft at the same time! I love how thick it is. It sits up pretty high on my bed frame, but I like it like that! This mattress is made with durable, high quality material! Best night sleep ever!

    Soft and comfy in all the right places. I generally am not a fan of pillow tops because they lack the firmness that I prefer, however this Serta is really wonderful. Woke up after the first night feeling like I slept on a cloud.
