    A lot of money for a damaged product
    The metal plate that holds the tank was severely bent and dented i had to pound it flat and so now the doors in front don't line up.there was also a dent on the hood.It works fine but that was really disappointing.

    Be careful with this BBQ
    The temperature was the same no matter what you put it on then the 3rd use it caught fire and will no longer be used.

    Came dented in multiple places but thankfully on the inside that you can't see it, wished the flame covers where made better they are very junky

    Warped
    The grill arrived last week and I was finally able to put it together over the weekend. Installation was pretty frustrating, with two people it still required quite a bit of time -- but that's almost to be expected with things like this. The reason I'm giving it only 3 stars is because several of the pieces of metal were warped. As a result, the install was quite a bit more difficult trying to fit pieces together that no longer fit naturally, and now the doors don't shut properly so it looks kind of shabby. I'm going to macguyver it together but its much too expensive for me to need to do that. I'd consider returning it if it wasn't such a hassle to take apart again.

    moderately satisfied
    Instructions were unclear and hard to define details of certain parts and procedural steps during assembly. The packaging required a knife to unpack. Sheetmetal is flimsy but once assembled it cooks evenly and heats up with a consistent flame. The Grill probably will need to be replaced after a couple of grilling seasons
