4k@60Hz and charging
It took a few weeks searching for the right docking station for me. I need 4k@60Hz and power delivery. This enables me to interchange two laptops at the same monitor using just one single USB-C cable. This docking station is the first one that fulfilled my requirement. It is essential to read the docs. The device takes 15watts for itself. This means if you are using e.g. a 65w power supply, there will only be 50w available to the notebook. I solved the issue by buying an additional 112w USB-C power supply, offering enough reserves for both the power unit and the dock. Both notebooks charge fast. Highly recommended product if your notebook supports USB-C alt mode.

Dual Display Great... Power No...
i bought 4 of these for my work area as we upgraded laptops. Also have 4, 60w power supplies that work fine with the laptops. However, there is NO POWER DELIVERY when the USB C power supply is plugged into the Power delivery port. Not very useful at this point as the PC"s just bought have just 1 USB C port.

    Work as intended
This replaced the terrible docks that Dell is currently delivery to their customers. I won't start down that path. This dock works well, displays dual screens and can had the UltraSharp Dell monitors. Ethernet and USB works good. As the person that 1 stared this actually. I'm not sure how he/she actually thought it would charge the laptop too. That should have been obvious.
