Since I am 5.2, had so much of trouble keeping the baby down when is sleeping and vice versa Secondly our baby grew over the changing table in the second month( total waste). Using it as side table And thirdly the draws started to get blocked while opening in the 4 month I would give them marks for sturdiness and the beauty of the cribDivya

We are about to transition our 2 year old to the toddler bed version and we can't wait...we are waiting for his carpet to be installed since we just moved to an old house that we've slowly been fixing. We are happy to have a bed for our son that he can grow into.LBurCu

I like transitional beds and this one I particularly liked because it came with drawers. There were minor flaws while putting this together. The first flaw was that parts 8, 9 and 10 did not exactly match the instruction manual. Those are the changer supports (Step 2). Basically the holes were switched compared to the holes shown in the instructions (see pictures). This results in the need to switch around (using dowel instead of screw according to picture instructions) to place correctly. The other issue I found was that while placing the shelves (Step 6), I could not just slide in the shelves as the sides of the were too tight. I had to loosen them to be able to get the shelves in and then, the shelf pieces crushed slightly when tightening the sides back. You can't just leave the sides loose, so note that the shelves will be extra tight and might crush a little on the edges in order to fit. It still looks level and did not affect the use of the shelves. Everything else was fine and simple to assemble.Maddy

Since it was the espresso finish it did have that strong stain smell. We let it sit out in the garage for 4 days and the smell was gone. Now 2016 we still have the same crib for our daughter so that tells much on how sturdy the crib is. Before we had convert it to a crib again it was a toddler bed. If you are looking for a crib that'll last a long time I highly recommend this one specially if you are on your first child and plan on using it for baby #2Vicky23

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/07/2016I like this product and i will buy it again.when I bought this crib 1 month later, I was so worry about my choice the cappuccino color of the picture isn't really nice and some people said the changer part is small, difficult to assemble and it is easy to scratch. last night I rush my husby to fix it before the 30 days warranty passed in case I would have to ship it back. I can say that crib goes beyond my expectation the color is nice, it took us a couple of hours to fix it, its bigger than I thought the changer dimension is perfect and I love it, it does come with some scratches but nothing ugly. it has a good wood quality, we love it, and I'm proud of my choice, hope my baby will enjoyed it. P.S. it doesn't really need 2 or 3 or 4 Mattress, one could be enough.GraceB
