Great pool for price
Purchased the 18x48 to replace a 14x42. Very nice pool compared to my last years smaller model. Not using the pump and filter cartridges because our pool has been converted to an Intex sand pump. Assembled on a flat, hard surface, covered by a large tarp. The liner is incredibly strong, I'd say user error if you end up with holes. I paid the freight shipping and was worried it would arrive damaged, but it was in great condition. Very happy with this purchase, I would say don't pass on it.

Taking a risk
I want to rate this a 5 star, but I can't. It came in later than I was told. Once we started the set up process, everything was going great. The liner is wrinkled don't know why? Then we filled the pool up… once we turned the filter on there was a hole in the connecting hose (or plastic tube for the filter). It's leaking everywhere. Tried to use flex seal and it's still leaking. Very frustrated. Don't know how to fix it. And there's no number you can call to have the seller contact you back.

    The pool pumps need to be upgraded!
    Pool pump was a problem from the beginning. Pool packaging was damaged when delivered. Driver took lots of pictures and offered to take the pool back, but we had already waited 6 weeks for it. Our kids were so excited to have the pool already, we could not break their hearts and send it back and wait another six weeks for a replacement. By then summer would be almost over. There was no way of knowing anything was wrong with the pool til 5500 gallons of water was in it. By then your not going to throw out that much water out and send it back. We thought we would do our best to fix the pump ourselves. No success! For replacement we would have to empty out the pool and send it back! Who is going to pay our water bill? To empty and refill? Walmart? I am very disappointed! We did our best not to send back and fix ourselves.

    The box to our pool was broke somewhere in the process of shipping or delivery. All the other boxes inside were all over our driveway when we got home! We're not even sure if all the pieces are there because we cannot set the pool up till this weekend.

    Nice! But!!!
    So far so good! However the pump could be bigger! water doesnt move enough! plus ultimate care was used to unpack and install this unit! despite that l still had a pin hole in the liner! Theyre sending me a patch kit! Big Whoop! Scale of 1 to 9 l give it 4.5....

    I have a seam on bottom of liner that does look good. We have liner in but no water yet. May use patch seam to reinforce bad seam. Will only know after pool is full of water if it is a bad seam. I spent so many days leveling the ground, hope I have know problems. Pool looks good otherwise.

    Pool was nice - pump is garbage
    The pool was easy set up and good quality so far. However, the pump broke after 3 days of being plugged in and running. The company didn't rush a new pump and I had to wait 7-10days before new pump was received. Wasn't happy with that process or the fact that my pump broke after 3days of being plugged in.

    Seems to be a really solid pool! 4 stars for now
    Ive been buying pools about every other year, my last one was a coleman and it turned to rust, very dissappointed. This pools metal frame just feels stronger and it looks like they did a good job powder coating, im going to see how well the liner holds up but sofar so good. Also i like the side mounted pump/filter combo, seems powerful enough, might add my sand filter but havent had to yet. I didnt need the ladder that came with so i wish there were more options to add or deduct from order, (such as ground cloth, maint kit etc..)but i guess i have a brand new ladder put away

    Two holes in liner
    Pool showed up on time we put it up and started to fill with water only to find out that it had two holes in the liner. Had to drain all the water we already put in it just to attempt to fix the leaking problem. Called customer service just to get told they would send another one but what's the point we already wasted water (which isn't cheap)and time only to run the risk of getting another pool that leaks. Very cheaply made pools won't order again.
