Great treadmill and not an eyesore!
I love that this isnt as bulky and ugly as so many treadmills are because its in the back of my sunroom. It is easy to put the handrails down but they don't go completely flat ( see the picture). This is fine for me because its behind my couch and if I had people over I can make it disappear. If you want it to lay perfectly flat you need a screwdriver and about 5 minutes to remove the 2 handrails. I use it for walking an hour a day (little over 4 Miles). Ive had it for a week and so far no slipping of the tread. I hope it holds up because I really like it. Im 5 foot 4 inches and I have plenty of room for my stride when walking. My son is 5 11 and he can walk on it too. ( not sure about running because I havent tried it).

Unpleasant Trampoline was delivered instead.
I ordered a treadmill but a trampoline was delivered to me. This is very frustrating. I really do not need a refund. I need my treadmill. A compensation was promised for the inconvenience. Nothing is done so far. I intend to fight this predicament in the court of law. This is it! I'm done!

    I was surprised at the quality of this treadmill. Lots of additional features. Very heavy and sturdy. Quiet. I also like if I step off while it’s still running the timer, mileage, calorie count all pause even though the belts rolling and resume once I step back on. ****It was ordered on a Thursday night and arrived Saturday morning via FedEx. FREE DELIVERY. Walmart is killing Amazon on delivery speed and price. Very pleased. Only one small thing: The power cord is about 3 feet. That said if the outlet is on the opposite side it’s less than 2’, so positioning can be challenging. Might want to question the seller for an approved 3 prong extension cord (ie: amps etcetera) and order it at the same time.

    The item came quickly, but unfortunately there is damage to the front bar. It almost looks like it was used, as it's mostly paint damage, but there is also a place where the plastic is actually CRACKED and a there is a spot where the plastic is actually broken out, leaving a hole in the rail. Positives: My 14-year-old son was able to put it together in about 20 minutes. It's very, very quiet, and fun to use. It would be nice to get a replacement bar that is not broken instead of shipping the entire thing back, but I will be contacting the maker to see if they can help. The item is return and refund only.

    Spend more money on a better treadmill.
    I like the fact that is easy to move around, good price and different colors . But is not what I had expected I was super excited when it arrived and everything seemed good. I had a really hard time adjusting the motror belt, fore some reason it did not whanted to work. It took me 3 hours to kind of getting adjusted, I sayd kinda because still not good enough. Then I have only used the treadmill for a week because it makes a sound when I am walking, I have put some more treadmill lubricant but still not working how I thought it was going to. Hopefully it last a few jears, in the future if I have to purchase a treadmill again it will definitely not be a Crostway superfit. The treadmill also has some discoloration on bouth top corners but that's not a big deal to me it looks like a manufacturer defect.

    Shipping Mishap
    I ordered this item and it arrived dented. I did not know it was dented until i got the box inside and opened up. At that point repackaging the item and transporting it somewhere they would accept it for return did not seem like a great option. The company agreed to a partial refund but i am still very upset the item arrived damaged and that was all there was that could be done, that it could not be picked up or replaced. Now i have to patch the area with the dent tk insure it does not get worse and I do not get injured.

    Overall This is definitely worth the purchase.
    Let’s start off by saying I really like this machine!! It’s quite, fast and efficient. You can use handles or not and it so small and light weight it’s easy to store if you have a small space. The only 2 cons about this machine. 1 would be if you’re in the heavier side you can tell less power from the belt, it feels like you weight is pressing down on the machine. 2. Is the machine on has set speeds which is not horrible but you can’t select in between speed.( minor issues). I haven’t had to lubricate the belt yet so wish me luck, I also can’t speak on assembly by son put it together but it was quick.

    Love it so far!!
    Been using this for three days. Set up is quick and easy, but the instructions are definitely translated into English. Treadmill needs to be lubricated upon receiving. This is not mentioned in instructions. The instructions do include how to lubricate it, just not that it needs to be done upon arrival. Works great. Bluetooth works nice. Speaker is fine, but don't expect great quality. So far this is a great, no frills treadmill. Four stars is for horrible instructions (thank goodness for pictures), and not telling you that it needs to be lubricated upon arrival. Photos are of husband and myself. He is 5'10" and I'm 5'5". I have a knee problem that has caused me to gain weight. I'm approximately 235lbs right now and the mill works fine with my weight. Hopefully pics will help you see actual size.
