I have purchased two of these. Both lasted between a year to two years. Nice picture but they won't last.

    Delay
    At times my TV will have a delay then freeze. Ive had to unplug it before and plug it back in and it'll work. Have had to do it multiple times.

    Worst TV brand, don't waste your money
    If I had -1 Start would have certainly given that. their support system is the most pathetic as they just copy paste the longest way of doing the settings. Wanted to get the fire tv stick to work with the universal remote but it didn't work, whereas the same works well when plugged in to Vizio or Hisense TV without any issue. Didn't have to even talk to their Customer Support also.

    Did not even last 14 months!
    The TV barely completed its 12 month warranty period and stopped working. when I called TCL support, they clearly told me that they can only help with troubleshooting over the phone but no repair or replacement services will be provided since the 12 month warranty period just got over!

    Not so smart tv.
    You get what you pay for. The tv lost its ability to connect to WiFi in just over a year. Useless.
