    Targus docking station number 2.
    I had an earlier model Targus docking station very similar to this one. I used it for about 8 years until it simply wore out. This one I purchased, plugged it in and it worked immediately, including driving two monitors and three printing devices. Only one negative, and probably just to me, is that it does not power my laptop. (The previous model did.) Therefore, I must use my separate power brick when hooked up to the dock, and when I unhook to go portable, i must get under my desk to unplug the power brick to take with me. I give this device 4.5 stars. If it sent power to my laptop when docked, i would give it 6 stars. (5+ stars.)

    Great for people who work from home!
    I work from home and have been looking for something that would allow me to set up two monitors plus my laptop that would be organized and not bulky. I found that Targus docking station had all my needs in one. Easy to set up and small enough that it doesn't take up a lot of space on my computer. I love that fact that it has usb slots to charge my phone and other things all in one spot. It supports 4K monitors as well. For the price and everything it has to offer I definitely think it's worth picking up for anyone that's looking for a docking station/second monitor hookup.

    Just what I needed
    I set this up in only minutes and I am pleased as it has the ability to do everything I needed it to. I now have 2 monitors set up and with 4 USB ports and 2 HDMI ables, I have all that I need and more! Also has 1 Gigabit Ethernet port for ethernet access. It came with a USB-C to C able too. In other words, it had everything I needed to set it up and use with my existing electronics!!

    Flawless! DOCK180USZ
    I just changed jobs and am building a new home office setup and needed a high quality USB-C based docking station for my new Microsoft Surface Laptop 3. I purchased this product because of the small form factor and port variety/quantity, capabilities and versatility. I had previously used a Targus USB 3.0-based dock for years without a single issues so brand and product reliability was important. (This was in contrast to a horrific experience with a different Thunderbolt- based laptop and docking station brand.) Product setup was fast and easy. Quick install of the Win10 DisplayLink software and BAM - I was in business. Everything is working perfectly. Looking forward to a successful and long use of this great product.

    Local IT - Unable to use Dual Monitor Features of this Targus Dock180APZ
    Hi, I'm a local IT here and we have a Mac Air with Targus Dock180APZ, already install all needed updates both Mac and DisplayLink and the only works is the power and its network, we still unable to work its display and sound of the docking, i wish you could help us. I already search how to troubleshoot this problem and yet we still failed to make it work.

    Love it
    I use it with both my macbook and HP, for dual monitors. Haven't had any dramas, just for the macOS I did have to go onto the website to download the latest displaylink software (April 2019). It's such an amazing dock, comes with a USB C to USB A adapter as well making it so versatile. Highly recommended
