My phone time was done, I needed it for work and I hadn't gotten to the store to pick up a new minute card. I went online, bought a card, they sent me the card info and bam, I filled my phone. Save me time and gas! Thanks!

Walmart would do nothing and neither would Tracfone after we got another notice that we had to reactivate. He has been without service all this time. I disputed the first charge but it has not been credited to my account. I reordered today and it said the minutes had been put on his phone. No, it has not. The recording is telling him to order minutes. If I buy something at Walmart I expect them to stand behind it, not tell me there is nothing they can do. So, we are out approximately $45 for nothing. Very disappointed in Walmart!Audrey

I did not get all of my call minutes, Messages, or GB's I called Tracfone seven(7) times to no avail. I called Walmart in White Lake, MI and was told it wasn't there problem. Nice "PR". Just saying, beware of Tracfone and Walmart as it has to do with top up minutes.David

They sent a message saying they had loaded the air time but I sti. Could not make calls. My phone went to a tracfone operator that said the minutes had not been loaded into my phone as Walmart said. This was the day after I bought them. So tracfone sol me the airtime I wanted and they loaded it on my phone. I called Walmart customer service an told them I did not receive the minutes I had paid for and the young man just transferred my call to tracfone with no help from him at all. When I tried to call back I was put on hold for a very long time. Tracfone can tell Walmart that the did not send the minutes to my phone. Walmart does this kind of thing quite a bit, then doesn't make refunds for what they owe you.Linda

I called the corporate number yesterday to report this and they said this would be fixed. It's not! You have to order by sending your cell number to get the correct price. I prefer to not have the minutes sent this way...But I also don't want to spend 29 dollars for a 19 dollar phone card.Linda

I bought this to use with a special promo code tracfone emailed me for extra free minutes. I added these card minutes but the promo code was invalid. I talked with 3 different tracfone reps and learned tracfone knowingly sends out invalid promo codes and won't fix it. I want to use up my minutes then switch to a different phone provider. I cannot recommend using tracfone as a carrier anymore.liz
