Amazing little saw
When it first came in my boyfriend laughed. Then he took down a large branch with it and he was surprised and impressed. He also took down a small rotten tree with it and broke down some old trim with it. Although it is mini, the work it can do is impressive! If you're looking to trim tree branches or keep up with bushes this is well worth it!

I wouldn't purchase this item.
Clearly shows it comes with 26v batteries. But, I got 21v batteries. And to make it worse, supposed to charge in 3 hours. Had both batteries charging for 3 hours each. Never reached full charge. Also supposed to come with wrench to tighten chain. No wrench included. I can't recommend buying this product. And If I were Walmart, I would remove it from your inventory.

    Get what you pay for I guess.
    First job I did with it, it worked flawlessly. Second job I tried using it for, it literally almost caught fire. Smoke started pouring from the motor area. I quickly removed battery and got it to a safe location. After the smoke stopped, the outside was extremely hot to the touch. Now the lock/unlock button won't move and the trigger is jammed and can't be pressed. Pretty disappointed to say the least.

    AMAZING Little Tool Look at my brush pick up pile
    This little tool does a lot of big jobs, it is compact making it easy for a lady to use, so sturdy for using on large tree limbs, shrubs, and pruning is so easy. Cleared up my overgrown yard in a short time. I don't know how I ever did without it

    Received a little handsaw, which is what I hoped for, but it came in the package with the charging cord cut. Contacted them and they wanted me to return it, but would not replace it as item wasn't available. Had to find someone to splice the charging cord to keep the product.. i'm sure it happened in the packing from the manufacture

    Good for small jobs but cant use longer than 20min
    The battery dies pretty quickly and it tends to get hot fast.

    Just buy an actual chainsaw
    You get what you pay for. The first day it worked great. The batteries didnt last long though. But thats to be expected since it came with 2 at such a cheap price. The second day i used it, the motor burnt up in under 10 minutes of use. The branches I was cutting are between 3-5 inches so i wasnt putting it through a torture test.

    It is light weight and easy to use. chain kept slipping off, but figured out how to tighten it. I haven't put it to long term use yet. But it is a lot stronger then I thought
