Great docking station!
This is a great docking station and it works for my Lenovo T490 and Acer Aspire R13 laptops. I am able to use 2 external monitors. When using my laptop monitor, I have 3 monitors. It is very nice since I have been working from home for about 5 years, and been using this docking station for 3 years. Ethernet port does not have any latency. External hard drive as fast transfer rate. Note I had to use the drivers to get the external monitors working. Overall great docking station and a good investment.

Disappointing
Worked well at first, but then the ethernet port became flaky. Needed to power cycle about every 2 to 3 weeks. Then, in slightly less than a year, the ethernet and hdmi ports failed completely. Contacted Wavlink about a warranty replacement, but got no response.

    Great Docking Station
    Works perfectly. I have it well loaded down, three monitors, printer, mouse, external hard drive, game controller, and sound system. It handles it all. Great unit. One must use the provided power supply for it to work.

    Worked immediately
    So glad I opted to pay a little extra for a higher quality docking station. Worked immediately with all things plugged in. I had a cheaper dock that had bad connectivity especially with the wireless mouse and keyboard. No issues with this one! The computer connection comes with a USB-c adapter if you don't have a USB-a port (like me). I didn't realize it but I do need it. It does make it stick out a little more from the computer but I don't care as long as everything works.

    Works well for my needs.
    Very happy with this Wavlink. The peripherals I am using now work well. My external hard drive (My Passport Ultra) does not work with the docking station, however this is because the My Passport will only work with a USB C connection. I have not had the opportunity to connect to a monitor yet, but will be trying that soon. I'll repost more if I encounter any issues.

    Great Product!
    I had no difficulty with the install and the product has been working perfectly. I am able to leave this at work with peripherals and ethernet cable attached. When I get to my desk, I download the sogtware from CD in the box and simply plug the docking station into the USB port on my laptop and I'm instantly connected to everything. Definitely worth the money to easily turn my nice little hybrid tablet/notebook into a full sized desktop in seconds!

    Good Purchase
    When I first started setting it up, Windows 10 automatically installed updated drivers for the product. I had problems at first trying to follow the directions because the setup didn't go as the directions said. I was able to get the multiple display working by pressing and holding the windows key + P. A window will pop out from the right side of the scree that says Project. You then should select Extend. It was that simple.
