HOURS OF FUN
It was hard to get started in putting it together but once you get the first couple steps it gets easier. It was purchased for my granddaughter and she has not stopped playing with it in her waken hours. She loves it.

Worst instructions I ever saw!!!
Plan on spending most of a day putting this together. Lock yourself in a room away from the kids or they will drive you crazy wanting to play with it RIGHT NOW!!!

    The house is amazing - great quality but need two people, per instructions, and lots of patience. Needed to re-do some of the construction but worth it! She was delighted!

    Missing a floor.
    This item was missing a floor. LOL will not send the missing piece because I bought it in June. We saved it for a Christmas present and it was a disaster for our foster child. She wanted one for months and now she has one she can't play with.

    A 6yr old sad on her birthday
    Bought this for Grandaughters birthday it had nothing in it (85 surprises). Was told return the wood or the best they can do is refund $55.00 to buy the things, for real it's L.O.L more then $55.00 dollars.

    LOL House - Size Confusion
    I had a hard time finding the measurements online for this item. Assembled Product Dimensions on Walmart website description are wrong. It is 33'' tall by 37 '' wide. Purchased for $60 on sale, and I feel like that was an appropriate price given that it's not super quality. Daughter is thrilled with it.

    Wood doll house
    i got this doll house for my grand daughter and not to mention i saved $200.00 its all wood and its awesome, when it was delivered I seen the delivery guy struggling because it was heavy i wasn't expecting that it would be as nice as it is !!

    This house really requires two people to build, so that it will shorten the time building it. Over all it is big and sturdy, really like this lol house. The price $60 was right for me
