    Very poor, right product but not new
    This did not come on a box. Was in a clear bag with green writing and had several hairs on it. I did not pay 34.00 for something that was used. How can I get this corrected

    It's a good product, buti not for me.
    I thought this curling iron had a clip on the barrel to hold the hair in place while curling the hair. Unfortunately, it doesn't, and I am returning it. It is a good product for someone who knows how to use it correctly.
