Granules durable compared to spray
The product seems effective and long lasting. I seem to have better luck with it compared to sprays.

Not effective against red tread
I specifically bought this product to treat red thread, but after following instructions I could not see any effect on my turf. I had hoped this product would correct the problem.

    Excellent Product
Received and applied the product. Realized results in mere days. Recently placed another order that was 5 weeks from the original. I want to have some on hand given the extreme heat and humidity.

    Scotts DiseaseEx
This product worked fairly well. I have a section of my front lawn that appears to be "brown patch" (although I'm not sure how to tell if that is what it really is) and I applied Scotts DiseaseEx. While it did not completely get rid of the brown patch it did seem to reduce the amount.

    Summer Patch Lawn Fungus
I applied DiseaseEx as recommended several weeks ago. It seems to have stopped the summer lawn fungus. I also applied Scott's Summertime Weed and Feed. Lawn looking better still getting a lot of weeds. I will reapply soon.

    Somewhat effective
I was expecting the Fungus to stop spreading but it continued even after the application.

    On the fence with diseaseEx.
I've applied as directed but rally have no indication of what to look for as far as results. Do I still have brown patches in the lawn……yes. I wish I knew what to look for.

I was happily surprised by the effectiveness of this product. I think I had red thread on a patch of our lawn. I applied this product in late June 2021 and after about 3 weeks the reddish brown spots had all gone. Check out the before and after photos. I guess it could have been other factors like the weather, and I used about 4x as much product as the packet said, but we're very happy with the way the lawn looks now.

Helps gets my lawn back to green
DiseaseEx is what I use for three years now to stop the spread of Brown Patch. I live in tampa and the St. Augustine grass I have is so finicky, that it needs constant care. This keeps the patch at bay everytime, when applied at first sign of appearance.

I will continue to apply this product when needed
This product is recommended by a garden guru whose advice I follow. The directions are easy to follow and the product works for my St. Augustine lawn.

    works as adverstised
Works well to control brown spot. Every year I've had large patches of dead grass during the summer months. After I figured out that it was due to a fungal disease and started applying Disease Ex the patched stopped. Only downside is that you do need to apply monthly during summer months in my experience. Otherwise the disease will reoccurr

    Scotts disease ex.
Ive been using Scotts brand products for about 30 years. Walmarts price was less than other retailers. Its a good product and has proven to be effective. Id recommend to anyone who has a fungus in their yard.

We applied this per the instructions on the bag and given that it is a Scott product had high hopes for good results. To our disappoint , we haven't seen a change at all in our lawn.

Great Product, easy to use, easy to store.
This is one side of the triangle in your winning fight against fungal disease in your lawn. 1) Is this product which uses Azoxystrobin as its fungcide. 2) Is a product with Propiconazole. 3) Is best practice, ie....proper watering, mowing and application of the above products. Stick with the 1, 2, 3 above and it's a winning strategy for you!

    Great product. It works.
My sod lawn (Northern CA) had numerous patches of Red Thread and was starting to die back, thin out in spots and looked horrible. Applied entire bag on 250 square feet of lawn and within 2 weeks it was lush, filled in and the disease was gone. Two weeks later added a sprinkle of Scotts Turf Supreme fertilizer (which I have always used) and my lawn is verdant green and healthy again.
