Great Grill
This thing is great. I Received it in a few days...Assembly was easy and I was cooking in less than a hour. But, the best thing about this grill was the performance...it cooks great with little to no flare-ups! I would highly recommend this grill to anyone looking

Extremely disappointed
I bought this grill because I was Looking for a reasonable alternative to my Weber. The reviews were great. Unfortunately I have been very disappointed. I clean out the grease drawer after each use, and yet I continue to experience unruly flames while cooking. The flames often cause meals to burn. In addition the grill handle is hot to the touch when warming it up and when shutting it down after grilling. I have owned several big box grills that have come with a much lower price tag and they have all worked better than this grill.

    This or the Rogue XT?
Any recommendations? I love the look and warranty that comes with the Eogue XT with wide infrared burner but this is $150-200 less.

Quality and Service are Terrible! Do not purchase!
I recently purchased this grill less than 2 months ago. The hinge broke after only 5-6 uses of the grill. I contacted BBQ Guys for the replacement part based on their written warranty. My customer service rep indicated the part was out of stock and that I could easily purchase a replacement part from a local hardware store. Bye bye BBQ Guys! Never will purchase your poor quality product or deal with your poor service again!

    Rusted graits
This item is stainless steel supposedly. It should not rust. The graits rusted after 6 months of use. We keep this grill covered and out of the weather yet it still rusted. Warranty says it doesn't cover rusting. Very disappointed in this product. I've had way cheaper brands last a lot longer.

    Great backyard grill
Good quality grill, easy to assemble and operate. Lighting and grilling is effortless however the top rack is hard to access with the shape of the lid.

    There are better options
I've had this grill over a year now but keep it at our lake house so I only use it sparingly. This grill has some good features like the searing burner and pretty consistent heat distribution and control. The main deal killer for me is the flame ups. If you are cooking more than a couple of burgers (80/20) you are constantly dealing with a major fire. My opinion is the grease drawer is way too close to the burners. I've ruined plenty. I just used it again to do a couple of quick chicken breasts and I had a major grease fire from the last time I did burgers. You have to pretty much clean the drawer EVERY time you good with greasy meat. Owned many Webers and that has never been an issue. I tried to save a few bucks on this one and it was a big mistake. Also, the tray sides have such sharp points that they rip the cover. Fairy disappointed with this purchase.

For the price point a great grill.
I've had this grill for nearly a year.  I wanted to wait to write the review to fully understand and use this grill in a variety of ways and foods. It was easy to assemble ,took less than 2 hours by myself.  I did go slow just to be careful. The build reminds me of Char Broil, high end body with Broil King burners.  The outside is easy to clean and maintain, but it is easily scratched, I expected that with this type of metal.  It does struggle to keep heat in high winds due to holes for Rotisserie and heat loss along with back vents of cooking area. Holes do not affect the heat output, it gets hot fast.  Burner style reminds me of Broil King allowing for sear juices to cause flame to touch the meat giving that grill flavor. The burners are so strong it's easy to do zone cooking. If you are reverse searing steaks or grilling delicate meat not over direct flame this does a great job. Drip tray is easy to clean, I added a thin pan to catch drippings, it helps to make it easy to clean. The sear burner on this is addictive, you can add crust to almost anything within seconds. On windy days, it does result in less char , but I would expect that. The propane area is similar to other grills I have had.  Space underneath is enough for getting in and turning it on but you need to remove if its anything more than that. Overall great grill for under $1,000, trade offs are visible, but expected for what you are paying. In perspective the quality is great for the price and features.Upgrades I recommend for this grill either after market or next version.1. Kit to seal up holes for rotisserie and back draft area.2. A way to drain juices from drip tray maybe downward into area next to propane tank.3. Ability to swap front of left side shelf with different accessories.  Lets say from utensil holder, wireless thermometer holder, or magnetic strip.

    Do not buy this grill!
The interior cabinet barely has headroom to put in the propane tank. It is nearly impossible to turn the gas on and off while the tank is in the cabinet. Customer service told me to take it out of the cabinet whenever I use the grill since I cannot turn it on or off. Due to the lack of clearance in the cabinet, the tank wedged in and I had to get on my hands & knees to yank it free and move it on to my deck to use the grill. The tank was not full so it was at least possible, but when it is full and heavy not sure it will be possible to get it out. All in all, there is a serious design defect with this grill having too little room in the cabinet for the tank. Less critical but still another design problem is that the grill flares up when I am cooking my marinated vegetables making it difficult to turn them over and keep them from having a burned exterior. All in all, the grill does not measure up in quality for the price I paid for it.

    Great, but not perfect
Have had this grill for a little over a week now and have used it every day since assembly. The grill itself performs excellent. Quick to heat up, very even heat distribution and easy to control/maintain temperature. The side sear burner works as advertised. No complaints there. Overall construction of the grill box is excellent. My issue is mainly with the stand. It's lacking it lateral strength. Very easy to tweak left or right causing the doors to not shut properly. I feel like, for the money, some more thought should have been put in to the base. We have to roll this thing around to use it as space on our deck is limited. So that has me questioning the longevity of the integrity of the base stand. I may fabricate some cross bracing on the stand to sure it up.

I gave it away and bought a Weber
The grill does not hold heat in colder weather, it cooks uneven, it flairs up, if you don't keep it covered the grease pans fill with water and the main grease pan makes a mess when trying to empty, the temperature gauge gets water in it is also, it's very flimsy and can not be lifted from the side tables making it hard to carry up a few steps onto a deck. After a few months I gave up on it, gave it away and bought a Weber Spirit for about the same price. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews like I was.

BBQ Guys misrepresented natural gas option
I bought this grill because Wesley sent me an email saying BBQ Guys has a natural gas kit is "in the works" . Look in the questions section and you can see they confirmed a kit is coming. Someone changed their mind and do not offer it. I am done with changing out LP tanks and am going to replace this grill with a comparable grill that has natural gas option. *** Luckily I bought this from Costco and can still return it.

    Impressive Quality/Impressive Value
I bought this grill based on the reviews that were posted. I assembled it with the help of a friend in less than an hour. It was easy. The side panel "issue", is not an issue. They are fine. It heats up quickly and provides all the heat that you need. I plan to use my pizza stone and cook a few pies. When I made my purchase the grill was on sale, so I feel that I got a bit of a bargain. Keep an eye out for holiday sales and discounts. Delivery was quick. I needed to drag the pallet into my garage as the delivery company will only put it onto the driveway. Overall, it seems to be very good and I look forward to many years of great grilling.

    Well Built but Uneven Heat
Well built grill however the heat is uneven. The back is noticeably hotter than the front - with the cover open or closed and with a full tank across all three burners. Even heat was the selling point for me. Proteins to veg all cook faster in the back. I'm turning meat in the back while the front is just getting grill marks. I have to do the food rotation - not cool.

    Great Grill for the Money...But.
We've had the grill for sometime now and it has been well used. Changing out the propane tanks is a bit of a challenge, but not insurmountable! Love the sear side burner and use it for steaks, chops, etc. There is one problem! I purchased the grill cover and keep it covered when not in use. Not to long ago while grilling in the afternoon, during the rainy season in Florida, I had just finished up when a downpour came. I turned off the grill, closed the cover, but did not have a chance to put the soft cover in place (the grill was still hot and it was a heavy rain with lightening). Much to my surprise the next day I found the grease tray filled with water and floating grease. The large tray is impossible to remove without spilling grease and water everywhere! The only solution was to bail-out the tray using a large soup ladle. Not sure how or why this happened, but it is a serious flaw. If you buy a Victory Grill, make sure you get the soft cover and keep it in place when not grilling your favorite meats, etc. Sure would like to hear from the BBQ Guys as to why this has happened!

Low Quality Sheet Metal & Sharp Edges - Have band-aids handy
This is not a high-end quality product. Very thin sheet metal design that bolts together - recommend keeping it in one place. I have this as a secondary grill so currently may suffice my needs. Did grill a London Broil and it seared OK. The top cooking section was assembled and sturdier. The metal grates are heavy duty and seem like they'll hold up to routine cooking and cleaning. My main grill is a Lynx so that is my reference and comparison. There's a cool infrared side burner that I'll use and update in another post. The reason for 3 stars is the cheap base cabinet, even for a sale price it's not worth the money at best it's a $350 ~ $400 product. The sheet metal cuts like a knife and hurts like paper cuts. Worried that the base cabinet needs better reinforcement. Instructions SUCCCKKKKK. Will update as I have a party coming up and that will be the true test.

    Disappointed in Westfield
For a company that supposed to have such good customer service. It sucks called 4 TIMES for issues from poor craftsmanship. And never got a call back. Would highly recommend not buying this grill. Still don't have replacement parts.

    Poor control knob location!!
Assembly of this grill was straight forward. I'm not too impressed with the thickness of the stainless steel. But I can live with. Butt..... The location of the burner knobs is absolutely stupid. The infrared burner is located on the right side. There are 4 knobs, with 3 of them located together towards the right side. A lone knob is off to the left. It is for a burner. Where the 3 knobs are located, the one to the left is a burner knobs, the middle one is for the infrared burner, and the remaining one for the right burner!! How stupid!! The 3 knobs that are together should be located to the left, and the one lone knob should be to the right located close to the infrared burner. Whoever came up with this arrangement was dumb. Plain and simple!! I would have never purchased it.

    It's nice
It's a nice grill. If you plan on cooking a lot on one,I suggest a bigger grill . The walls around the base are a bit flimsy. Instructions are not bad. Took my son and myself about an hour or so to put it together. If the grill holds up and the warranty is as good as they claim,it will be well worth the money ..Will update after I use it
