If you have checked these folders and still can't find the confirmation, and you purchased the plan before August 1, 2018, call Get Offers Mall Product Care Plan Support at 877-968-6931. If you purchased the plan after August 1, 2018, protection plan help is avaliable at getoffersmall.com/protection.
