I love my cruiser
Had a lot of issues with this bicycle because it took about a month for me too receive it after purchase. Then when it arrived there was damaged parts. However Walmart took care of the issues and I was able too buy order online replacement parts. Finally got my bike all put together just rode it yesterday and I love it!!!! So I'm giving 5stars because the bike is a beautiful bike and it rides well.

Cute But Horrible CS
My sister got this bike. Its cute and seemed decent but the bike seat broke after just 3 rides. Couldn't return to Walmart because she had decorated the heck out of the whole bike. Contacted Hyper and they said the seat isn't under warranty! The bike is only 3 wks old. Very poor customer service. Get a HUFFY. They will NEVER leave you hanging with needing a warranty part.

    Horrible Experience
    The bike came without peddles and a seat . This Bike was for my daughter I wanted to give it to her for her Birthday . When calling customer service basically the agent said he could not assist me with sending me the missing parts . I need to return the item and re purchase it and hope this time I get a complete Oder . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Not gonna purchase the bike !!! Bad experience and customer service ……

    somewhat disappointed
    Seat is not comfortable at all. , Love the blue color, fender rubs against back tire but will try to adjust that again. Handle bars are a bit wider than I expected so that will be an adjustment.

    Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong house and wouldn't send another. They refunded and placed the same bike in my cart from a diff ent vendor only to find out it was $40 more at checkout. Overall, not a great experience. Hope you have better luck, it looks like a great bike.

    Perfect gift not all there!
    Not all pieces were in the box to complete the whole bike. The bolt to put the front finder on was not in the box. I went through the trash throughly, I even cut up the box that the bike came in so that I would be sure I didn't overlook something. So how are we going to rectify this problem? Am I going to the store for part for the finder or is someone going to contact me. The bike would be perfect it was complete!

    Glad I bought this.
    I took my time to put this together, and I looked over the instruction book first. One person who reviewed this bike didn't know why the handlebars pointed down but it's because they are rotated down to ship flat in the box. You use the allen wrench to loosen the nut in the clamp and then you roll them up. As I assembled the bike, I made small mistakes and then went back

    Love my Beach cruiser
    Bicycle arrived damaged but I made contact directly with Hyper Bicycle company and they have replaced both damaged parts. I love it and glad I didn't return the Bicycle.

    Danaged!!!!
    Beautiful color!! But bike was packaged damaged. The box was In Perfect condition so it couldn't have happened during shipping. Both fenders have multiple dents and the wheels are bent. My brother could fix the wheels. I contacted customer service and they don't offer replacement parts for the bike. I would've had to return the entire bike. The bike is sold out and don't have an estimated time frim for restocking. It was supposed to be a mother's day gift.

    Beautiful bike! So, so nice!! The paint came scuffed a little bit on one side, but it was for a birthday gift, so I didn't have time to exchange. Overall, very happy with it! The handle bars stick out wider than I was expecting, but recipient was very pleased with it!
