worth the money
Better than i thought. Very happy When I saw online for the price I thought it was going to be crap, but when arrived first this I noticed was how heavy it was. It was easy to install. And to my surprise easy to program my password. Door locks automatically once closed but you can take that feature. Even has a bright blue lighted key pad. Highly recommend

Defective yet again
Missing pieces. This is the se ond one that i have ordered and it does not work, this time there are parts missing to it , which tells me that it isnt a new product that was sent to me.

    Absolutely terrible waste of time %26 money
    It's difficult to install %26 i was locked in and then locked out the first 2 times i closed my door. I don't recommend this product for anyone.

    bad lock
    The locking function only works 50% of the time upon purchase, meaning there was a 50% chance every time I closed the door I would hypothetically not be able to get back in

    Doesn't work
    It doesn't work. Very poor quality on internal parts - electrical parts and wires wew secured using glue instead of solder like the should be.

    I believe this is a good product if new.
    Doorknob looked new, but upon reading the instructions the emergency battery back up kit was missing and it said battery's are not included and there were already battery's installed. I couldn't get it to connect to Bluetooth by scanning the ar code or manually so it was definitely used.

    We install these on every rental
    We use this lock (in its various colors) on every rental property and on all of our personal exterior doors. It works like a charm and the entire family loves them! Must buy!
